Deep Divers in the Collection (1000 Meters of Water Rating or More)

I love heavy duty divers and I have collected some of the deepest diving examples. This review will highlight my watches with 1,000 meters of water rating and do some form of comparison between them. As at the date of this posting, I have 14 watches with water rating of 1,000 meters or more.

B. VALUE FOR MONEY
Manufacturers set the price for their watch based on their interpretation of their Supply & Demand Curves. As consumers, highly unlikely we find the price demanded correspond to the utility of owning such a timepiece. Nevertheless, even as luxury goods, there are some that can retain value or have an intrinsic utility well beyond the asking price. I find technology and design in watches fascinating. These factors are subjective, with different people having different opinions on them. Results of the Simple Ranking Test

Summing the four tests earlier and ranking the sum of the scores, I can arrange the watches based on the following:

1	Rolex Oyster Perpetual Deepsea M116660-0001 The ultimate deep diver in the simple raking exercise. It is the only watch currently appreciating in value. The water rating of 3,900 meters is also the deepest.
2	Seiko Marinemaster 1000m SBDX011 The ultimate diver from Japan. This has been a fan favorite since it was launched back in 1986.
3	Seiko Perspex Marinemaster SBEX001G This is the classiest deep diver form Seiko. Using exotic material and a hi-beat movement. This is Seiko's answer to Rolex DSSD.
4	Omega Seamaster PloProf 1200 M Co-Axial  & BALL Engineer Hydrocarbon DeepQUEST This is a joint position for both the PloProf and the DeepQUEST. The 'out-of-this-world' design of the PloProf coupled with the sapphire bezel were its call to fame while the single block of titanium casing (monocoque) and the 3,000 meter dice rating were DeepQUEST's call to fame.
5	Citizen Promaster Autozilla 1000m NH6930-09F & Bell & Ross BR02-92 Pro Dial Diver Watch Another joint position, this time for the Citizen Autozilla and Bell & Ross BR02-92. The Citizen Autozilla has the unique bezel lock and crown lock system whereas the Bell & Ross BR02-92 has the internal bezel.
6	Hamilton Khaki Navy BeLOWZERO Not a common brand for dive watches but Hamilton have been upping its dive watch game in the last few years.
7	Citizen Promaster Solarzilla 1000M BN7020-09E The opposite number to the Citizen Autozilla. The Citizen Autozilla has a different bezel lock system but its main call to fame is the Eco-Drive solar movement that can absorb light in water.
8	Deep Blue Pro Seadiver 1k Blue Dial Got this watch for a song via Amazon. Built like a tank.
9	Steinhart TRITON 1000 Titanium Titan German design and make. A fresh look from the typical Swiss and Japanese DNA.
10	Deep Blue Depthmaster 3000m Green & Ocean7 LM-8 Professional Deep Diver The third set of joint position, this time for the Deep Blue Depthmaster and the Ocean7 LM-8. Nothing spectacular about both models accept for the water rating of 3,000 meters and 2,000 meters respectively.
11	Ocean7 LM3 V2 1250m Dive Watch The least rated of the deep divers in the collection.

CONCLUSION
